devised by two passionate about oil,
natives of Jaén from families of
olive tradition and with experience
in the world of distribution.
It was born with a clear idea, to offer an EVOO
gourmet that extols the values of this
product, with an exquisite flavor and aroma,
healthy, basic in the Mediterranean diet.

The oil is obtained from centuries-old olive groves
located in the Alto Guadalquivir, in the
province of Jaén, where factors such as
climate of the area, with great thermal amplitude
with very hot summers in cold winters and
softened by the influx of the Guadalquivir river,
the more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and
altitude of the farm, are essential for the
excellence of these oils.
